Formal and informal parks adjacent to the River Thames that are part of the flood plain and form a huge green space close to the town center. Recently awarded the Green Flag award for best green spaces in the country. Features the Thames Path national trail, a cafe with outside seating, children's play area, poo bins, public restrooms, BBQ sites, and regular weekend concerts on the bandstand in summer.
